It is such a happiness when good people get together
To work with the poor and marginalized section of the society especially women and children on the issue of their rights and livelihood security. Alongside our skill training, learning centres and relief work, we now open a free digital opportunity portal so rural youth can earn honestly from website and software projects.

What we are building next
Rural digital hubs, a permanent skill academy and wider welfare coverage.
Rural digital technology hubs
Set up shared computer-and-internet hubs in village clusters so youth can train, work and take on referred digital projects locally.
Next 12–24 months
Skill academy at Diamond Harbour
A permanent training centre with tailoring, computer, beautician and spoken-English classrooms running year-round batches.
Next 24–36 months
Expanded child learning centres
Grow from existing clusters to additional villages with trained local teachers and a standard learning kit.
Ongoing
Opportunity should not depend on your village
In Diamond Harbour and the villages around it, women have skill but no market, children leave school early, and shops and clinics still run without a website. We work on both sides of that gap — training and welfare on one hand, real digital projects on the other.
